Description

The visions spell may be attempted on mobs, however, it will not actually function. You will see a "You call on the spiritworld to torment the mob with visions of damnation!" echo, but there is no lag and the spell is not actually cast. Do not know if it works correctly on players or not.

Look at interfering with tracking, perhaps.
