Description

The vakalis tome is handed to you over and over again by the guildmaster in var bandor (each time you enter his room). Spam!

Shaviiran's senility confirmed; probably just doesn't check whether he's gone through this for a given person before or not. Should do it once per person, then probably hand out new copies if asked about the tome.
