Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Vercel Analytics

The data processed via Vercel Analytics is fully anonymized and contains no personal data. Vercel stores only aggregated usage and performance data. We apply a maximum retention period of 12 months.

Cal.com

We retain personal data processed via Cal.com for no longer than necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with legal obligations. Since Cal.com does not provide a fixed general retention period, we use the guideline that data will be deleted after the service relationship ends or within 12 months.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Avendar B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary to perform the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Avendar B.V. remains responsible for these processing operations. Additionally, Avendar B.V. provides your personal data to other third parties only with your explicit consent.

You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to processing, to info@avendar.com.

To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in the copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
